Accepting These Terms

By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. If you buy a service from us, the written agreement or order for that service, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, also apply. If they conflict with these terms, the written agreement wins.

About the Information on This Website

This website describes the Svayam group, its values and the brands and ventures it runs or is building. Many of the brands shown are in development or planned, and are marked as such. We work to keep the information accurate, but it is for general information only and may change. Nothing on this website is an offer of investment, a financial promotion, or an offer of employment.

Using the Website

  • Give accurate, current information when you contact us or apply to us.
  • Do not misuse the website: do not upload malware, try to gain unauthorised access, overload our systems, scrape it at scale or send spam through our forms.
  • Do not use the website in any way that breaks the law or harms others.

Applications and Enquiries

Sending a job, internship or venture enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee a role, a partnership or a reply within a set time. Any role or partnership is offered only in a separate written agreement.

Intellectual Property

The Svayam names, brand names, logos and the content of this website belong to the Svayam group or to the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, change or reuse our content or brands for any other purpose without our written permission. For services we deliver to you, ownership of the work is set out in the agreement for that service.

Links to Other Websites

The website may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our Liability

We provide the website “as is” and do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our total liability for a paid service is limited to the fees paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the website or a service if you seriously break these terms. You may stop using the website at any time. Ending a paid service is covered by its agreement and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply to a paid service already agreed unless you accept them.
